★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good stuff but there is practically no bargaining, they should be considerate and offer some kind of discount for people coming from other places, there surely are better places to shop I suppose. What I did not like is bluntly saying that there is no discount after selecting whole lot of stuff, shopped for more than Rs. 20000. And the worst part is that they have a Credit Card Swiping machine and it just refuses to work. Tried to explain to the owner that they need to improve on these things she just gave a dirty look as if our business does not matter to her. Firstly the shop is so small that if 3 of you enter the shop there will be no place for others, when the get more customers they just push them in to the first floor with very steep steps. Is this the true colour of our incredible India, that's what people visiting from other places may think.
She also offered us tea when we asked for water twice but we could never see neither the water nor the tea. Then we were given to understand that it's common in this part of the country to do so.
I wish them all success but please have some courtesy to the customers so that they would return and also suggest it to their freinds, a satisfied customer is an unpaid salesman.
