Some laptops , in the end the main male staff and lady suggested me to buy a one (hp)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased one laptop, in that laptop some internal parts is change like keyboard connecoter etc. I doubt when I purchased but I ignore on that time then after one year I face many issue in that laptop. And every year I changed that same part of laptop. Be aware about this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behaviour of staff, the lady who is sitting their, she thinks she is the ruler of the world . Very bad behaviour. After sales is not at all satisfactory. Be aware of fake promises.

In this digital world; you can expect a wide range of accessories available with them. I have been their customer over 10 years. My experience with each time i have purchased product has been enriching. Their speed of services and ability to provide stuff at home delivered during this lockdown situation is highly appreciated. The products i have purchased so far have been functional till date without any single issue. The owners give personal attention to customer and suggest best quality product based on customer requirement. The price charged is also reasonable as compared to other competitors. I highly recommend in purchasing any laptop or computer related accessories from SAM.

My laptop was having battery issue. They charged more amount for the new original battery which is actually available at a low price in other places when I explored.
Also, they did hardware and software servicing of laptop but still I am facing same issues in the laptop.
When I informed them, they said it will be motherboard problem but while doing servicing why they didn't identify the issues in laptop?
And when I took my laptop to some other place, they told me just a software issue is there and servicing is not done properly for the laptop.
So, I just wasted my money at SAM computers by believing on them as they provided very poor service.
Very disappointed. Wastage of my money Please public be careful.
