★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an enquiry for a new vehicle. Very bad experience with staff who displayed all form of reluctance in their behaviour and language for sales. Price quoted was also high. I wanted to buy an TVS vehicle but was so disappointed with their behaviour, booked an Honda Activa the same day, TVS really needs to look in these issues

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am reviewing this service center, 8months after I bought my TVS Apache RTR 4V in May 2021.
Initially, the sales guy Bapi behaved nice and promised me some accessories alongwith my bike during buying. Then, when they gave delivery, they told that due to lockdown, the ladies footrest and other accessories cannot be given alongwith the bike at this moment due to stock unavailability and will get it after the lockdown is over. It was my foolishness that I agreed and even after the second wave was gone, I didn't receive those accessories and they keep postponing it again and again. I understand that these accesories are free complimentary gifts offered by them, but let me tell you that they were also charging higher quotation for the bike compared to other dealers at that time. Since, other dealers were not giving these accesories, I thought to buy from them.
Anyways, please don't choose these dealer as the after sales service is worst. Also they are the sub-dealers under Universal TVS, which they will not tell you initially and if something went wrong they may tell you that these service doesn't happen here, you have to go to Universal TVS for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bapi, the salesman the liar. They are very irresponsible and irregular on their promises. Very bad experience. Don't buy from here. It will be amazing wordplay when you first meet with bapi. After that they will forget you. You will be frustrated after buying. Their service center also fraud. They will give normal engine oil but take money of Castrol oil.
