Excellent customer service. I had booked in month of Nov 16 for Kerala for 6 nights and the serviced provided by Sam San was superb. value for money.Thanks a lot summaiya.

Sam San travels Reality.... 7 pax with kids 7 feb 16 So trip begins with bangkok airways...no choice of food eat watever was thrown out our face.....pathetic food...no of choice food in airtravel 8 feb 16 travel driver rude as hell...lunch was a slap on our face it was given in super disgusting hotel ... buffet with patato bhaji n raw chapati...it wsnt a buffet it was food for beggers in thailand wats left it ws given to us Dinner same... disgusting pathetic...buffet.... 9 feb...same food same pathetic way yes addition one of da rude driver... we skipped one dinner n ate at mcdonalds.... dt ws a gud option but not for veggi ppl... one of our members was starving to hell.. By these tym 2 ppl were in constant touch with us one is guide sandy had no idea wat to say and other was yogesh stayed in bangkok who called fr no reason helped with nothing... Pattaya stay golden beach hotel... pa...thetic brkfast no warm water n yes 2 bottle of water to survive... 10 feb to bangkok... now we had to tag along with driver who as rude n stubborn n not knowin single englsh vocablry...took us to old temple dr we met one more rudest person stating we are late... fyi we left as the plan n internary not late not early... still the old lady kpt insulting us and talkin in thai langague to driver p.s i guess she was cursing us... fyi at ds point of tym so did we. There was no bangkok city tour as written on plan.... we constantly requesting the guide and driver to tke us hotel we r starving but they kp ignoring us and ds tym we cld yogesh he said ' the guide is addnl added for you it wsnt planned" who the hell wanted one???? by the tym we rchd hotel chkd in the hotel the lunch was over in indian resto.... the owner refused to serve us... straight away NO... Sandy the other guide conviced rhe owner then lyk beggers we had our food... Chao pharaya cruise..... sounds so beautiful n exctng well we thght so too.... evening all dressed up wd the rude driver who took lower deck tkts... whn asked why ? He yelled you go now in .... n was pushin us away we called yogesh explained him the same he said "INDIANS BELONG TO LOWER DECK" Ds was commin frm indian it ws more sad... anyways we njoyed our cruise n ended our night l 11 feb marina park and safari world.... rude driver agaiinnnn.... but we were happy n njoyed every bit of it as we were by ourself no limitation no arrogance of any matter.... Back to hotel with pathetic food in pathetic hotel.... 12 feb home.... I remember our itenry said on 12 feb tour end wd good note... What good note.. our tour manager took money from us and we didnt had any say in any matter everything was done without our permission. To sum up the trip Cons Bad behaviour of guides and driver no hospitality No basic food arrangmnt No guide help us understand wat we really want No contact watsoever of mr. Sameer lele prop of sam san travels. Waste of money in places whch no benefit to us Back seat to alcazar show Lower deck on cruise coz "we r indian" Pros Well it was frst visit trip out we decided nothing will bring us down...so we njoyed every bit of it...in our way... My suggestion go by your own spend money where u think its necessary dont b on any limitation obligations u will njoy thai trip to fullest.

Excellent work by Sam-San Travels Sam-San Travels is best in Customized packages. We contact them and their way of working is just excellent. Finally we got a best package in our budget. I booked a 7 days package with Sam-San for Hongkong and back. It was a great experience! They are extremely efficient, and delivered every promise made on the itenary. My flight got delayed by 2 hours on day 1 and it isn't the travel company's issue but they still looked into it and made sure I had a comfortable stay wherever I went. Food had options and it was cost -effective. Mr. Sameer Lele is extremely polite and he helped me out as I had a tight budget. My mom who is picky and choosy, even she, had a great experience, all thanks to Sam San. I recommend that everyone should travel with this company. Already planning my next trip with them.
