★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service for my travel from Goa to Bangalore
I booked a lower seat, but later allotted an upper seat after boarding without any intimation. Another passenger was also allotted same seat. Complete journey was uncomfortable. Spent hours speaking to the bus operator over phone, all went in vein.
If you book seat in this, you will not be sure that the same seat will be given to you at the time of boarding. They change the seat allotment on their will. If you want a comfortable journey, avoid this operator.
Bus was late to boarding point by 1.5hrs, reached destination late by 2hrs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SAM tours and travels gave us the best experience for our trip to Dharwad. Driver was professional. It was a comfortable ride. Nice sound system, lights, TV, pushback seats and great storage area. Bus was on point wrt cleanliness and comfort. We had availed a 49-seater bus which we could convert to AC or non-AC. There were fans in every row. I would recommend SAM buses. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car was rammed from behind by one of their tempos for no reason as traffic was very slow and free flowing. As there was no proper response from the driver, I emailed them with photos requesting compensation for the damage. They have ignored my request. I wonder whether all their dealings are likewise.

Travels. 4 of us has booked ticket from Bangalore to Munnar on a long weekend by pay 15000 rs in their bus. Our reaching time was 8.30 am. As because these people had not paid the inter state taxes they had taken the longest route possible and made us reach Munnar at 3pm. Driver who was driving bus had no idea that these people had not paid tax. How much ever you tried to reach them there was no. Response. It's one of the hopeless travels please don't travel with them if you want to have a peaceful journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are consistently horrible for the last many years .mostly it is emergency last minute booking with Sam travels . Without fail every time they give pathetic service. Took a bus yesterday night from Bangalore to Payyannur.early morning bus was held at Kerala boarder for not having permit and other relevant documents . As usual driver says call the office and office doesn't pick the call.after waiting for 2hours took a taxi and reached home. Travels took no responsibility.
If possible never travel with Sam travels.if you have to travel dont have any morning plans they are very clear that they will start late, they will stop any time anywhere .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom had a very good experience with the booking twice & that’s the only reason why I took this bus instead of train.
It was a last minute booking through MMT & while booking it was not showing any male/female seats seperately.
I got 8U seat(8-upper).
As I was not so comfortable to climb up, I asked the bus operator if there’s any lower seats available, he said no vacant seats.
I asked another person for exchanging the seat, but the operator said next to me,another girl will be coming so the exchange with a male cannot be done.
I agreed & used 8U.
After few hours , he woke up me & was saying next to me,one male passenger is travelling!!
I said I am not comfortable & asked him why didn’t you check the list when I asked you about the exchange option.
Then he started saying something & he said I did the wrong booking ,I have chose male seats n all.
Luckily the other male passenger,who was ready for the exchange in the beginning had told I can use his single lower seat.
I came down & by the time one new person came n he was asking me to come out for checking.
I was surprised by their attitude & was really angry,then the operator involved n sent that person back.
Then they just blamed me for booking the male seat n went back.
I checked the same in MMT to see if it was my mistake,but all the seats while selecting was showing the same color!!
How the hell are the passengers aware of these
1) if there’s no clear instructions while booking?
2) if they are not manually cross checking before the journey starts?
3)Who was the other person who came in between n asked me to come out for checking??
I’m sitting in the same bus and writing this review.
This is the treatment I got for 1500/-!!
If you are not able to take any responsibilities, just shut down the service ..
Don’t expect the passengers to take the blame.
