★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is not even a toilet sheet in their washroom, it is kind of bathroom only. The washroom is very unhygienic and there are a lot of insects( centipedes) in washroom , it. Leads to UTI( URINE INFECTION).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very bad experience, they really don't care about patients situations and time. I will never suggest to someone to go for samadhan.If we compare K.E.M hospital with Samadhan, than K.E.M hospital give the best experience compared to samadha.They don't value patients time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know this centre very well. Dr. Arvind Jain is perfect Sonologist and Radiologist. In this centre the staff is also very helpful. Dr. Jain does very accurate reports to the patients. They take proper time for scan. I shall recommend this centre to others.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience at this centre. The doctor takes more than 1 hour for conducting a sonography test. Utter waste of time.
However, they have a tie up with Shanta Diagnostic Lab near Vicky Bar in Byculla which takes hardly 15 - 20 minutes for a sonography.
So I don't recommend Samadhan until they value patient's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero star to this diagnostic centre. Bad servicing. bad management people.I will never ask anyone to go this diagnostic centre..please don't go in this centre. Staff is bad and servicing is very bad. Receptionist guide you wrong on the call. When u visit der centre they will not even talk properly with you and thrown tantrums at you. I called for appointment and the receptionist picked up the call. Receptionist gave me appointment at 2pm. I also wanted my report at the same time so I asked her and she replied that Yes u will get report at the same time. When I called before going der in the clinic she told more 6 patients are there and it will take more time..u can come after half an hour. When I called back after half an hour she told again the same line..finally I reached der and asked the receptionist about my turn.she told me to wait again.i re-enquired her after 40minites about my turn.she again told for 5mns waiting and for reports I have to wait again 1.5hrs. I am 9months pregnant and in this condition she wasted my energy and time.
