★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a hub to various insurance, banking companies as well as travel agencies and money/forex exchangers. Building is well maintained but the occupants group up near the fire exit and start smoking which is a big turn off. The stench of cigarettes is unbearable. There are no steps whatsoever take by the building owner /occupants to stop this menace. The building is also near the Barakhamba Road Metro Station which is a plus point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well placed location near Barakhamba road metro station. Very near to exit 4 of the station. Good food options around the building. Air conditioned lobby and has a paid parking lot for the employees working in the building. Good lift management which provides quick access to all floors.
