Material not good
I bought a dress for 6.5k wore it for 5mins for my brothers haldi , spilled half a cup of water over my dress, the dress shrinked and the colour from the dupatta came all over the dress.
When told they were like yeh kapde ase he hote hai.

β β β β β They did not show sarees properly.. no interest in showing.. The shop was a total mess. Did not feel satisfied by the shopping experience. The staff was impatient. They did not offer any discount either in this festive season. All their products say no guarantee for color or work. Basically they don't trust the products they sell themselves. Even the staff that folded and wrapped the sarees did a poor job and the plastics they packed in were all crushed. It did not feel like I was buying something new.. felt like I bought something second hand. The staff showing the sarees didn't even know the type of cloth the saree was made of.. whether it was silk or not. He was calling everything silk. Ugh.
