★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic appointment booking system. Was referred by a friend. When called for appointment, was asked to send details over whatsapp and wait for reply. May take 2.days or more..
Entire approach wasn't reflecting any hospitality and rudeness.
Doctor may be good but the process says about lack of sensitivity towards patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a well known orthopedic surgeons clinic. Also ENT surgeon is available for consultation. Very difficult to get appointment. Waiting list for consultation may go for months. But orthopedic trauma cases do not require appointments, they are attended immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible appointment booking system.The person will die but will not get appointement they ask to call after 2 & after 2 pm all the lines are busy. Because of the these appointment system it may effect the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic appointment system, the receptionist even told me that Ashwin Sir doesn't check the patients having spinal problems, also the alternative option Dr Vikrant Kaveeshwar is nowhere near to Dr Ashwin Sir, people don't get Ashwin Sir's appointment so they go for Dr Vikrant.Hope Ashwin sir would change appointment system as well as Dr Vikrant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No question for Ashwin sir and his work, he done my ligamenet surgery and he is very wonderful human but alternative male doctor which is available is arrogant and give fake info related to cost and on other hand Dr.Ashwin charge the reasonble cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know about the doctor but the staff is extremely pathetic. The staff doesn't want patients and treats them as if they are doing us a favor. If this nursing home is in so much demand then why not book patients for a year and simply refuse new patients? What sham is this with such a broken appointment system? N why use MTNL landlines which are always broken?
Before coming here you might have some joint pain but after trying their appointment you will definitely have a lot of headache and if you intereact with their staff then you will definitely get hypertension.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ashwin is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their orthopedic issues! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for treatment though the appointment process is bit tedious
