Very good family atmosphere among all residents., justifying the name SAMANVYA - Coordination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an apartment building which looks fine from outside. But if you want to buy a flat in this building, it may be problematic for you. Building doesn't have lift facility so you have to use stairs always. Parking of this building is also confusing and you have to be in contact with other people staying in the building. In the neighborhood of this building, there is a much bigger apartment building is in progress and in that senerio, it doesn't give good feel if you are buying a flat. If you want to stay in this building on rent, it may be fine for you.
