Although the lower category (peon) staff was late to act. But almost it was good. At least they listen what you say.

β β β β β Good service center.i think number 1service centre and showroom in rajasthan with all colour and models availability and all spare parts available here. Technicians are also trained. I recommend only this showroom in rajasthan very strongly.

β β β β β I am customer since 2018 may, my scooty is going with good condition because, I only get service done from purchased showroom that's Samariya Suzuki, as their staff is very good their services department is too good and even they ensure to provide good perfect service, Rohit is dedicated to his job and I always get proper response everytime for my queries. Rajat is also good over their at sales department.

β β β β β It was not good. They charged me alot for service and my bike was starting with self and had never a problem with the self but when met with accident it was not starting so they declared that your motor is expired and you need to change a new one for approax 2000 and battery for 1000. Seems like they have changed the internal part. Overall they seems to take the advantage of accidental vehicle and change parts which are not even damaged.

β β β β β Wasting of money and time too. Service center is not professional,they don't gives any facilities to customers.
I visit 2 times in 3 months but my vehicle has same problem after that lots of money I spend.
Making unnecessary bills... U can get these type of service from any corner of road from unprofessionals.
