★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience. I visited the hospital to see Amrita Verma with my sister-in-law. First of all the staffs were very lethargic and missmanaged. We waited for about 1 hour and we were about to see the doctor. Then suddenly at 3:45 pm Amrita Verma went for lunch and the same was informed. First of all it was not mentioned anywhere that the lunch time is 3:45 pm. Maybe because she live there only so whenever she feels like hungry, she will get up and go. After all she thinks that patients are not important, anyways they will come.
She has just started her career and this kind of irresponsible attitude is not acceptable.
I'm writing here because whenever she gets time, please try to improve this and think about patient's time also which they are giving while waiting.
Please be responsible, I know patients will cime anyways but please try to improve this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positives- Good location. Parking facilities. Spacious, clean, full of every amenities required for Gyna hospital. No need to go anywhere for checkups or altrasound. Dr. Amrita and Dr. Kamlesh are very good in every aspects, be it knowledge or behaviour with patients.
Negatives- The management is poor. Despite providing so much facilities, the management is not capable of handling it smoothly. The staffs at front desk are NOT polite in behaviour. Poor time management. Registration process is dull. Special rooms are costly.
