β β β β β I highly recommend Dr Abhay and Samarth hospital to anyone looking for top quality medical care in Ghatkopar. Being in the US for over 25 years, it was perhaps the first in many years to have encountered a positive and refreshing experience for the care of my father at Samarth.
The hospital is well equipped in terms of a well trained staff and a very knowledgeable doctor in Dr Abhay. He ensures that we are well informed and provided for the best care and medication. His ability to handle the needs of senior citizens and be able to provide for the best medical care makes for a 5 star experience.

β β β β β Samartha hospital is so good and very comfortable for the patients . The staff gives you very good experience . The are so helpful and do not keep the patients waiting for treatments. Doctors are polite and kindhearted. You will get the best experience here. The next important thing is there are good facilties and nice treatment for patient. Cleanliness is next thing everyone wants here right and just don't worry about it. You will definitely like this hospital.

β β β β β I am not a patient of this nursing home and will not afford also. I just came across this while helping passerby to reach here and read reviews. One thing which prompted me to write this review is the humility of Doctor in one of the case of Dr. Preeti Madam. I don't know whether it is personal or professional quality but I think that this is missing among doctors fraternity even professionally.
Doctors themselves say that we are not God but the attitude of all doctors is like a God who can never make mistakes. They may not show this attitude but it is always there. It reflects in their actions. This is my personal observation.
Doctors never accept their mistake because it is highly difficult to prove it and they take advantage of this and this results in arrogance on the part of doctor and this arrogant attitude also causes violence towards Doctors or para medical staff especially in govt. hospital. As long as the patient is alive, relatives tolerate the arrogance but when the patient loses life then it results in violence and prior arrogant behavior of medical staff is a major factor in this.
But here in one of the review for Dr. Preeti Madam, it accepted the mistake and politely explained the circumstances which cause it. If this way Doctor explain then people will understand. By accepting their mistake doctor will not loose their knowledge or degree but if she say no. You are wrong. You are questioning me? Do you know how many patients we have treated then this will add to mental agony of person and this will lower the respect for doctor in general.
If anyone want example of contradictory behavior of doctor then during covid when different line of treatment was given at different time based on different instructions of govt, some people started complaining that why this treatment is given to me and why not this then instead of explaining to people the doctor body went High court to get blanket ban against people who may question them which was obviously refused.
This is an attitude of GOD wherein Doctor feel that it is their insult if they have to give explanation for their treatment to people who are inferior in social status to them. If person social status is high then it is their privilege to explain them.
I don't write review or believe it because majority are manipulated but here it seems to be genuine. Hence my review is purely for the humility shown by the doctor.
