We have found them to be extremely unprofessional,, lack basic knowledge and courtesy.
They had taken a component of our machine for repair and later told us it cant be repaired. When we asked them to return it, they returned it without repairing after weeks. When we told them to install it in the earlier original condition, they could not manage to make the machine work. The machine was working before they took itAlso, special mention of Mr.TAhir Syyed here. He runs away from responsibilities. He will come to your office initially and make multiple follow up calls, but later he wont even pick up calls or come to office if we find a problem with their work.
Our machine is still awaiting their employee to come and fix it. The owner of the company, Mr.Chetan Kamlakar Damle-kindly take note. If you aren't replying to our emails, atleast read this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Wanted a compressor for my dental clinic. They sent the compressor in an auto woth the auto driver and not with someone to install it. Their attachments didn't match our equipments. They took 3 days to send an engineer to just fix the pipe. Next the compressor didn't have a drain to release the water. It's been more than 6 months now they are still sending it. Horrible staff. Spoke to the manager too. Staff was suppose to send the part. Now they are telling we will send it in courier u pay for the courier. Fine we are ready to pay for the courier but stop acting like frauds and do ur job plz. Lady staff is the worst. They will keep giving u fake promises. Don't want to name anyone but better AVOID SAMARTH AIR COMPRESSOR PVT LTD
