Our yoga instructor Lakshmi is really knowledgable and gives personal attention to each and every student. She provides details of each pose and tells about its benefits and contraindications. She includes our suggestions and maintains balance of hata yoga, ashtanga and other yoga asana forms. And she makes it quite enjoyable! Join Samatvam yoga if you’re looking to gain health in an enjoyable way. ?

Our tutor gives an individual attention to each student knowing their capabilities and helps to improve them with their own pace. I joined Samatvam yoga three months back, and it has helped me to improve physical as well the mental health. Its been a great great experience.?.One without second thought must join Samatvam yoga to gain health in a happy and balanced way.
