★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice bus nice seats and bed and also nice cool AC. The bus management offers a bottel of water(AC bus) when journey start.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samay Shabdi travels, service has become very poor in terms of its punctuality, which is one of the big concerns. On 08 June, 2019 i am traveling from kanpur to varanasi. Expected time to reach varanasi is 6 am, on 09 June, 2019 (next day), where bus unneccessarily stops at 5:30 am for 25 minutes, at Pandey Dhabha in the outskirts of varanasi. I booked its ticket just because i can reach my destination on time but by the time shatabdi travels has its concern only on minting money from public' pocket and perpetualy compromising with its puctuality and service. Poor, Govt.should take strict actions against this bus service because shadbdi travels, don't even provide its customer care number, in case of emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful journey. Time slot is amazing for a journey Kanpur to Varanasi.
But timing should be more promising or it should show in their site. Normal delay is 2 hour.
As it reached 7 in the morning at Varanasi.
I will give 5 Star for comfort. But bring your mosquito repellent cream and a blanket.
Except all things are amazing.
Love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Except people nothing is to brag about, poor services buses are old but still charges are higher, no online feedback mechanism.
They should upgrade their services otherwise a big no to samay shatabdi and you should book bus from redBus or other online service.
