★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes they are before time and would not pick you up and sometimes they're so late. They don't even have Fastags and end up queueing at the tolls and arrive late

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have no standards. Showing the timings of bus at the time of ticketing is at 11 pm from Gurgaon; but bus actually used to come at 2:30 am. This i would get to know when I asked this from their shop online ka problem hai bum kuch nh kr skte.. very unsafe for girls in this situation. I could manage somehow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are planning to parcel items through them, then please don't. They charge you 300 per item irrespective of the size and volume plus they charge 50rs pr item handling charge once at source office and again at destination office. So they add rs 100 per item extra or they won't give you the parcel. They are much better options available for couriy like delhivery and fedex. Samay Shatabdi has the worst charges plan. Also the staff is rude and non cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never travel with this bus service. They have tie-up with New India Travels. Bus operator stuffed crowd of 2 busses in one and when objected threatened to throw me out of bus. I booked a sleeper and hardly got space to sit and travel. Tried to contact paytm people. IVR said leave a message and we will get back to you. Seriously, anyone stuck on journey and they behave this way. So worst bus service in my entire life experience.
