1- Not responding over call property if you have online ticket.
2- samay shtabdi online Apps totaly waste.
3- Allow offline passenger as well during the journey. You can also check in image. They create issue.

Worst ever experience.
There was no one sitting at the reception who could explain where is the bus and how much time will it take to depart. One person was sitting full drunk. Not even able to speak.
Bus time was 11:53 p.m. from Agra and driver told we have started journey from Balaji at 11:00 p.m. which will take 2:30 hrs to reach Agra.
I would suggest never ever think of having a journey with Samay Shatabdi. Worst travel company
