★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travel agent ever. Shailesh Patel is the owner of travel shop. We did tour with him for Calcutta to Kanyakumari for 18 days. We paid for 3stars plus & up for hotel should worth close 5k per night. He provided less than any star hotel worst than even Dharmashala. We got infested with Bad Bugs Mosquitoes foul smell , morning breakfast was included but never got anything that we can eat. Worst tour ever.
Vehicle suppose to be best newer model , we had something from early 80’s model & worst driver who is not ready to help with even luggage to load and unload. Every time we called Shailesh, he has ready made answer for us. He knew exactly what he was serving us with five stars payment. I would not go with him or even recommend anyone to do any short of business with his Shambhav Travel agency or with him on personal base. We are from USA & he was referred by some common friends & still he did not serve us with what he promised on phone and in writing. We have plan this for long time with lots of details but you know guy like him ruins everything we have done. **** NOT GOOD ******

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From Sambhav travel we bought a tour packages. We paid him for all 5 star hotels and resorts. We never got any above 1 stars so please please anyone is thinking to tours avoid Sambhav travels. Where ever we get cars all are old models run down. Our tour was for 18 days, last 10 days we spent in oldest van that shakes and makes so much noise. Driver couldn’t go any faster, rickshaw were going faster then us. It was so much irritating and disappointed service from Sambhav Travels. So please avoid them. I would give them less then 0 stars.
