★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder is not responsive once the flats are sold. One of the major issue is STP... It always stinks badly.. Even afyer multiple comolains there is no response from them... Also there is no drainage given to release the treated water.. Neither we are provided with any setup to reuse the treated water. We sent multiple reminders but of no avail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have one complaint about Samhita Elite house owners or Associations. I (Spring meadows layout member) have seen, every day more than 20 food delivery person who suppose to deliver food in Samhita Elite flats but they come to Spring Meadows Layout due to wrong map navigation. I am requesting to please fix your google map navigation as soon as possible. Even your delivery will be fast. And they are only food delivery persons not other courier service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know why you are facing such problems. Mr. Pratap Reddy is a very good person. I know him for last 18 years. I own a flat at Samhita Vista (2002) and he still helps us in case we need any help.
Looks like this is one of a problem, Samhita Group is a good company and you can buy happily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The issue is with the very poor quality of work done by the builder. There are a lot of cracks on the internal walls as well as the exterior walls.
The STP always stinks and is not functioning as per expectation.
We are facing a lot of issues due to this and builder is not caring about these issues or responding.
I admire the committee members for their dedication in ensuring the functioning of the apartment despite these flaws.
The community is very helpful.
