★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took this property in March 2018 and staying from November 2018 ,no problem as on jan 2020 builder paid maintenance and now building association started ,here now 90 family staying and most of the amenities started...near to main road around 1.4 km and good accessibility to all day to day requirements

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place. Do not buy an apartment here. I regret buying here. 10 minutes of rain and the corridors inside apartment are full of water. Yes, you heard that right. Inside the corridors. And builder says it is not my job to fix it. So much arrogance even when more than half the number of apartments in the project are unsold.

I had to comment to this as all the reviews here gives a bad vibes.it seems like it's a worst apartment.
I'm staying here from 9months ..No problem so far (my only concern was about the network) found a very good network.
Have water all the time.
Have electricity al the time.
My kids play happily.
Apartment is well maintained.what more is needed ?? ..having a happy home stay.

This apartment is really a good option.. it has all the amenities and construction is of high quality and I think the price is really pocket friendly.
I'm happy with there service.

Amenities like swimming pool, garden, kids play area, badminton, lifts, security cameras, party hall available. Round the clock security. MyGate available for managing who is entering the premises. Happy with the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second home. The construction quality is good. Children play area, lift and other amenities is under construction. The best part is it is near to old Madras road as well as to the Whitefield n ITPL IT hub in Bangalore. The pricing of the apartment is very competitive.

Lifts, backup, gym, swimming, play area, garden and party hall fully functional. MyGate and 24 hours security and cameras installed by our society for security and safety.
