The stay was too awesome, providing a great hospitality service and mainly who doesn't love a stay with a beach connected with it. Also Thanks to the Owner for a such a delightful stay.

Nice location, next to beach. Best in the town. Pros: Beautiful location. Feels like a private beach. Food was fresh and tasty ?. Clean and spacious rooms. Early check-in possible. Cons: Expensive.????? Staff was not attentive and courteous. Required better direction guidence for hotel. Room required better locking system, current one is so confusing. No guide available to visit nearby locations. Path to beach can be clean, it's no possible to visit beach in the evening. Mostly suitable for large groups, with own adjustment of indoor games as they don't have anything where you can spend time after sunset. Too much grass and we found a snake ? over there, yes inside the property, in open area. Best beach to visit near this property is 'Kasheli beach".

Best place for peace lovers. Located far from crowded places. Resort is directly connected to beach. Staff is very helpful and food is also good. Beach is very clean and with no crowd.

We 3 families (6 adults & 4 children) had booked this resort for the dates 29,30 & 31 Dec 2021 through their FB post on Trippers group. On arrival got to know that we don't have booking and felt bluffed. The resort management (Ms. Neeta Dalvi) knew the person (Makarand Chitale) very well who took advance payment for our booking and later refused in the name of confusion and booked a resort some where in Dapoli and not in Ambolgad ! The management knew that there are no better accommodation options available in such a remote place, tired families are now in trouble and won't go any where else. Initially we were told that the resort is full and not enough rooms available for 3 days and then they managed to make the rooms available after some negotiations. It was 100% a bluff as to get the booking in lower rates and on arrival surprise the people and loot them with heavy charges. Even after showing the proofs we have they did not bother to get the FB post down which proves that it was intentional and fraudulent. Not even returned complete advance payment as promised. The road to resort is pathetic, frequent problems with electricity, room cleaning only on request. Not enough lights on beach side so you can't enjoy the beach after 6.30 PM. Food is costly and quality is OK compared to what they charge for it. Apart from the beach, there is nothing to see anything nearby. Overall the experience was not at all good for the memorable yearend party as you can't enjoy the beach at night. Overall it is OK if you want to enjoy the peace and wish to spend huge money but honestly; not recommended after 3 days & 3 night experience. Never seen sanitization and hygiene in 3 days stay. I wish I could share some photos here as a proof.

Had stay for 4 days here.. total peace.. the adjacent beach is super safe, no tourist rush, calm and clean. We sighted dolphins, fish mobs, various bird's, star fish on the shore/near shore. The beach house is fantastic, very clean, have plenty of books to read, amazing food (little oily, but tasty), very helpful staff. One of he calmest gateways I have visited..
