★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Property is good (Quality); have bought one in Wing A, but now i came to know that the ameneties building which was supposed to be two floored and exclusively for the project residents is now being extended to four floors and that 2.5 floors would be sold off as residences. That was not part of the plan. Also the promised beach front wouldn’t have any pebbles beach but only look and feel with tiles replacing the pebbles :( another let down... It’s now easy for the developer to say that if u do not like u can let go but after having paid 98% of the cost and having invested so much time and effort towards our dream home it’s not feasible to move out. TRUST factor was one major USP when we chose Samraat but it’s not holding off ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is good and also the staff is great but for the amenities they are not only asking to pay the one time maintenance charge as the regular practice but they are also asking monthly payment of Rs. 1750 to maintain all the amenities. Wait there is more, if you wish to use the gym, there will be another monthly fee in addition to Rs. 1750. I don't get it, am I buying the flat or renting it?

An ideal gated complex with decent amenities, well planned and executed design and lots of space, greenery. Its a home we go to for peace and relaxation away from the city hustle bustle. I'm glad it offers more than that! The landscaping and podium not only adds beauty but also takes away the cake!
