★ ★ ★ ★ ★ सम्राट लैंप से मैंने तीन झूमर खरीदे थे लेकिन जब वह पार्सल के द्वारा मेरे घर पर आया तो उसमें एक झूमर सेट में से कुछ चीजें गायब थी इसमें से वह झूमर सेट नहीं हो पा रहा था मैंने उनको कांटेक्ट करने की कोशिश की शुरूआत में उन्हें जवाब दिया मेरे फोन का और बाद में फोन उठाना बंद कर दिया और हमेशा इसी बात का आश्वासन देते रहे कि आपका सामान भेज दिया गया है आज भेजा जाएगा कल भेजा जाएगा लेकिन आज तक मेरे घर सामान नहीं पहुंचा बस झूठ पर झूठ बोलकर बहलाते रहे यहां के कर्मचारी राहुल मिश्रा, बहुत ही अविश्वसनीय दुकान है ये, नीचे सम्राट लैंप के कर्मचारी राहुल मिश्रा के साथ हुई बातचीत का स्क्रीनशॉट शेयर कर रहा हूं आप सभी खुद देख सकते हैं अंत में उसने मेरा फोन उठाना भी बंद कर दिया और ना ही मैसेज का रिप्लाई देता है।
 I had bought three chandeliers from Samrat Lamp, but when he came to my house by parcel, some things were missing from a chandelier set, out of which that chandelier set was not able to be set, I tried to contact him, initially he replied Diya my phone and later stopped picking up the phone and always kept assuring that your goods have been sent today, will be sent tomorrow, but till today the goods have not reached my house, just kept on lying on the lie here. When I have received the product
#Some product were entirly missing
#Few Product were changed
#And one product is not working
I have called then numorus time initially Shop owner have responded but after that he has stopped picking my call as well as didnt reply in wassup too.
So if you are planning to purchase from Bhagirath place i personlay recomend you people to avoid this shop.
