★ ★ ★ ★ ★ last year I visited Lava-lolegaon with samrat travels and got a bitter experience. The hotel they booked( for 2 days) at lava was the worst hotel I had ever stayed in my life. I had arranged to shift from their with my own expense to another one( co. reimbursed one day's room rent). Moreover,the service was not up to the mark in the whole tour. As an officer of Service Tax, I will request Mr. Pathak(owner of the co.)-" dnt treat a traveler as customer- treat him as a service receiver"

First, I want to give 5/5 stars to the travel agency for their great accomodation of fooding , lodging and transport facilities along with their humble behaviour. Each and every employee of this agency is prompt on their responses and punctual on their work. Our managing host Mr.Santu Chakraborty is a very responsible n fun loving person who had made our tour joyously awesome. Not only that but also i found him to helping and caring each and every person of the tour far beyond his professionalism. Therefore,I recommend you,to give a chance to Samrat Travels to make your tour better among all the competing agencies in the market. Wonder more! Travel more! Lastakavista!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requst to every one,,,plz don't book any car due to any purposes.This travells give me the driver contact no(name-Bhola)and he is cheated with me regarding fare.when I talked to travells person,they had not take any action. so don't trust to samrat travells.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andaman trip was a horrible experience. Provided extremely poor hotel at Portblair though in their broucher, they mentioned good hotels. Corridor and rooms in this hotel were having foul smell . For providing AC rooms at hotels at Havlock and Neil, they have taken huge extra price. Food quality was very poor and same menus were repeated every day.Though mentioned but did not provide lunch in the return day. Flight was at 01.55 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited Assam and Shillong.. Awesome tour.. Tour manager (Debashis) is very polite and helpful.. Taken care of everyone properly. The food was awesome and palatable... Allover a nice trip

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samrat travels charged SERVICE TAX @ 4.9% without providing any tax invoice.
According to Service Tax rule Tour Operator can only charge SERVICE TAX on 25% of total tour cost @ 12.36% but they charged composite rate of interest on whole tour cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love all about it...Had two trips with them in 2018 ...Gujarat (Gaurav) and Doars (Santu da) ...Great experience...Caring attitude, good food, compact tour and nice cozy stays....All arrangements done well, travel cars were also good and on time, reasonable rates.....Had some issues with train tickets in Gujarat trip but the trip was amazing...Will travel more with Samrat even in 2019...yuhuuuu!!
