★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samriddhi itni badi building hai total four building hai.but entry of all four building was very bad.there is no walking entry. Building entrance is inside the parking which is very bad entrance from my point of view. Entrance should be like sonal height indraprast is very good. Proper glass entrance from road side another small entrance from parking side is different. Not worth money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spacious rooms, garden view, in built swimming pool in the building. Looks good n is filled with amenities. 4 stars bcoz I've not seen every corner of the building

3 level parking. ( Total of whooping 575 parking slots)
Each floor has 8 flats; four 2BHK, two 2.5BHK, two 3BHK.
However, the asking price was steeper for the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salesman are bit lazy and does not provide transperancy of their inventory. They will try to sell their worst positioned flat first. You have to be bit pushy to get flat of your choice. Most flats are not having good Sunlight and you don't feel the vibe. New construction but not very well maintained. Locality is below average.
Terrace amenities are good.
The flat layout is not good if you want to keep tv in hall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is built by L&T for Ashish builder. There is big terrace garden with view of Creek. There are other amenities also which are on floor just after parking floors. All 4 towers have been covered for amenities and terrace garden and one foor for each is given, hence it is bigger. However we noticed that it is not very neat and clean.
