★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been looking for a good plot with in my budget from almost 3 months and I would say this one fits absolutely to all my wishes as the builder has taken care of every eminity that we would expect to have in our society right from swimming pool to a community Hall and children play area. And with regards to documentation, MR. Siva Reddy is very helpful and does the things hassle free which I should appreciate.

Good to see – Layout owner is dedicated on development like.. Cement Roads and greenery.
And also promised to complete the amenities .. Club house, swimming pool and children play area…very rare to see such a amenities in panchayat layout’s...

Lot of greenery, well planned layout & ready for immediate construction. Owner, Anil Reddy is very co-operative and suggests you the best plot. Worth buying!
