★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartment is good but maintanence and amenities are poor. Srinivas, the guy who takes care of maintaining the flats, he wont do anything but falsely claims that he has provided the flat in a proper manner which happened us to pay the money for those repairs which were there from the time we occupied the flat. They flats are handled by PropUrban, these people charge for GST and wont even produce the GST number saying that they dint receive the invoice for 4 months of being vacating the flat from Samruddhi uplands. They will overly charge for electricity bill and need to do multiple follow ups to get back the money. This agency sucks. Neither the owner or any one from the agency is responsive. Whoever vacate the flat, please remember they will charge for GST and they wont give the invoice. They wil charge for unnecessary repairs and electricity bill for which you need to do multiple follow ups. If you are ok, then go ahead occupying these flats. All the best
