★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with samrudhya. Tall promises are made on a phone call by service engineers who don't know what they are talking about. The lift stops working for at least 5 times a month. For which the service engineers are most likely to cover up thier ignorance and incompetency with the current fluctuations. Service usually doesn't have the habit of returning phone calls. After all, I am Unsure if samrudhya is profitable enough to even afford calling back the same clients from whom they ripped their elevators on. Do go for a samrudhya product if you enjoy getting stuck in lifts.

Response is too good and fix any issues within a short lead time. Mr. Shiva is highly knowledgeable in Lift domain & his team is really doing great job.
