★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive bought 3 luggage items from this store over the last 5 years. Then i had a faulty chain in the one I bought first. When I took it to them to have it repaired, they offered extremely bad service and unprofessional behaviour. They told me samsonite doesnt repair items and that they only take it within warranty period. I pointed out to them that while selling they had said any damage would be repaired lifetime rest assured. To which they replied verbatim: while selling everyone says this. Both salespeople were very rude.
Never going to this store again and never buying samsonite again. Advising everyone i know to avoid samsonite at any cost.
