★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud Samsung service centre located beside Sarada Devi Kakinada incapable Engineers not trust worthy went to replace the screen of my phone however was told the motherboard of the device had to be replaced too which will cost me extra Rs.8000 luckily didnt opt to repair it , opted for a 2nd opinion instead took it to another Samsung Service Centre the mother board was absolutely fine got the screen fixed and my phone is back to business very very disappointed with the service i received from the store located in kakinada beside Sarada Devi they dont even deserve 1star to be honest.
