★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went to this samsung service centre for replacement of my mobile screen. Service is good and cost also reasonable with genuine parts. One star less is for waiting time it is too long but there is token system. Service takes too long as they said it may take 1week but it took more than a week may be due to delay in delivery of spare parts.overall experience is good

My mobile touch screen got damage. I went to Samsung care. Entry was made through token after thermal scanning and hand sanitization. After 10 min wait I meet with representative. They changed my mobile screen within one day.
