★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty bad experience. The person who was very polite but the service lady is pretty rude. to make a long story short don't get the service done from these guys. They are too commercial and do not care whether the service provided is right. Contact me in case you have any questions. There are numerous number of service centres that are better.

They took some 450 rupees saying they will come back the next day and will take the oven and get it repaired in 2 working days as the PCB board was screwed up. They never came and I had to call them after one day and they kept delaying to come. Meanwhile since I did not trust them anymore, I called authorized Samsung service place from Samsung website and they came and replaced the PCB board within half an hour with a new one at much less price compared to what this service claimed will the price of a new board. I lost the time and money I paid and i could have saved myself from unnecessary headache!
