β β β β β Worst Samsung authorized mobile repair service center in Agra. The service is pathetic. I got ny phone's Folder(Screen) changed for 10000 ruppess but after the repair he made my mobile even more worse. I can't receive any network on my phone but when I changed the sim into my another phone the network works nice. When I took the phone to the Service center he is not repairing it by saying that you are saying wrong. Even my phone is in Warrenty. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHOBE THERE FOR REPAIR OR SERVICE.

β β β β β Everytime i take a device to this service centre they find a reason to not to provide service under warranty, and usually it's a dumb reason. They told me if the back glass has minor crack, the phone cannot be fixed under warranty. So i end up filing a consumer complaint and they do it. Sold all my samsung devices because of this service centre.

β β β β β Please do not use this service center they are thieves they are unprofessional my new phone had charging issue they opened it and broke the screen and told screen will be changed for 8000 rupees that to without warranty we will use Chinese components. I asked what is screen has got to do with charging when I give my phone my screen was working. They cheated me when got my phone checked by third party service center they told Samsung service center removed many components from it and also broke the screen while opening it. Now it is beyond repair.

β β β β β A minimum fix charge of Rs 177 is mandatory if reaching this centre for mobile repairing even if ur mobile in guarantee...
Make it for sure if mobile having any physical damage or liquid damage , than there is no warranty applicable if if ur asking for its repair valuation than the same service charges are applicable....

β β β β β Worst staff and worst service. Charging Rs. 177 for checking and handling is absolutely unethical and wrong. I strongly condemn this. Staff has no solution to the problems faced by customers. They are simply sitting and doing time pass. Worst ever experience. Shame on Samsung.
