★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not fully trained as they have lesser knowledge about warranty. At times, this creates disputes between the customer and service engineer. Till the time I was there, I saw few incidents happening, moreover same thing happened with me as well. Since my phone was under warranty and staff was giving me some childish excuse that why I'd have to pay for battery replacement. Though after a long discussion (which was about to convert into argument); I agreed to pay the charges. On the given date, when I reached at service centre, battery was under warranty and there was no charge for replacement, my experience went wrong as staff was trying to convince me that for battery replacement I will have to pay. This incident made my entire experience worse. Even though first day I advised that staff member that you people need proper training as you are not aware about warranty and services you provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to replace the mic and charging port. But service boy sitting there only wanted to charge money without any issue and bluntly said "while opening the phone the back cover will break and that will cost around 2k additional" the back cover will break coz it has a crack in it.
whereas in the other service center they repaired it without breaking the back cover.
