@Dinesh Please raise your complaint to samsung India as service center people are doing this on regularly basis if your part is original then it is not damage automatically or even by pressing as it contain gorilaa glass. So it is 100% clear that service center giving wrong excuse to you, write to samsung India via email twiter etc and brief them your query. [email protected] // [email protected] At last you can file case in counsumer court it is not a matter of 5K if you pay them then they have to change it if it is not brocken.

Pathetic Service centre. Samsung company has to take note of this. I had visted 5 times for charger reparing, but they have denied me by saying that come at 10.00 am only, then we will give you appointment. I am service man, i had no time to go their by 10.00 am. Such a pathetic services from samsung.

****Beware of this service center**** Please note on 21/08/2020 i replaced my mobile screen from samsung service center Rajkot (RamShyam Gola Street, Ground Floor, SURAAJ , Limbudiwadi Rd, Kalavad Rd, Opp. Jalaram Petrol Pump, Rajkot, 360007). On 20.08.2020 i request them to repair my mobile asap they checked their inventory and told me that it takes 10 days to repair as mobile screen is not available. Next day i received call from service center that my screen has been replaced i was shocked how it is possible when screen was not available last evening but next morning it is available. I doubt that they fit old screen or another non use screen to me so i asked them for the same and they told me that screen has 3 month warranty so don't worry. From today morning I found a blue spot on my mobile screen so I went to the service center as my screen was under 3-month warranty but I was shocked when the service center people told me that my screen is damaged internally and they can not replace it as nothing is showing broken on mobile and they stuck only on thing that it is internal damage. I told them that this spot comes automatically and my mobile even don't fall from anywhere but the service center staff was so rude and they don't listen to me properly and clearly told me that we can not send back this to the company for the replacement. I paid 5500/- for the screen and in 10 days it got damaged.

Good service. Staff is very helpful and kind with the coustomers. Just one issue is company policy. According to company policy "please get your phone back up when you will give your phone to repairing in service center for some issues and when your phone will attach to the computers of service center your data of phone is clear" and it's look like a new phone. WHENEVER YOU GO TO SAMSUNGSERVICES CENTER FOR MAJOR ISSUES PLEASE GET YOUR PHONE'S BACK UP

Worst service. I had to wait for 45 minutes to get my Samsung tab checked. My tab had issue of charging, was showing message.."unplug it as it has moisture " Technician checked it and told to pay Rs 1100 and further cautioned me that even after that there is no guarantee! Aghast, I decided NOT TO GIVE FOR REPAIR! Next day as Sun came out put my tab in Sunlight for an hour and tried for charging... It's DONE!! I saved 1100 but had a very bad taste for this type of cheating service

I had gone for replacement of damaged screen for my M21 mobile. Technician told me that we don't keep stock of screen. You place an order and we will get one for you and thst it will take 15 days for this.It is very pathetic that sevice cetre of Company like Samsung don't keep accessories in stock.

Visited regarding my new purchase of folty Samsung ear phones. Surprise to hear from his service engineer that "both ear piece left and right will not perform as equal sound their is little different between left and right buds."
