★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you wanted to do genuine work then you should avoid this center. Phone shown for battery replacement at this center and they have given quote for more than 6500 Rs plus out of which battery is only of 1427 Rs. and plus they will not give any kind of IP65 guarantee ( i dont know why) . Without inspecting they had told to replace 3 more parts rather than battery. After asking for authorized quotation they have given it on rough paper with pencil and not even ready to give stamp of center by saying there sir is not there (never seen such type of excuse for any kind of big brand center) . Same work has been quoted by pune Samsung showroom only for 2300 Rs with IP65 waterproofing guarantee but they require more than 1 day hence i prefer to do it in hometown. I also asked why such price change in pune and sangamner executive said its like that only in sangamner and even told go to pune for same ( As they dont like customer which asked questions to them ) .Just because i checked pune showroom my money is saved from such kind of loot. Hope this will change in their work style and stop doing such abysmal work and only actual quote will be given to customer instead of showing unnecessarily expense to customer by there executive. Also attaching there authorized quotation which they think is authorized for everyones reference.
