★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well maintained and systematic. Staffs are good and supportive. I went for small work and was done within 20 minutes. They were recommending for insurance which is okay however they should just suggest instead of persuading for insurance/warranty. Overall satisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my new phone samsung f23 phone not working good . company asking doa certificate from service center from service center . service center denying to give doa certificate . phone issue is not resolving by software issues . facing issue from phone unboxing first day . samsung should take back this & provide refund by accepting my return request in samsung shopp app where i purchased this device . its loop fist you buy from samsung shop . recived faulty product . asking doa by company . & service center deny . its cheating fraud with mr by samsung . sold me faulty product . giving service only . but try to understand why should i take service at 2nd day of mobile or took repair if pice faulty then provide doa & replace or refund . why sould i repair & use new product . ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went with my Samsung M32 mobile which has some screen problem. They have replaced the screen and update phone software within 1 hour and 15 mins of time though initially they said to take 3-4 hours.
Really very happy with their service and behavior. Staffs are Very polite and patiently listen customer issues and give proper technical explanation. One of the best customer service I have ever visited in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional team. I went today for my Samsung A30 screen change. A person attened me immediately and asked me to visit a cubicle. CCO told me the cost and time required for it. I submittted mobile and it was repaired nicely before time. Service is very good for mobile repair.
90 days of warranty is provided for issues in the screen.
Parking for car may be issue but for 2 wheeler there is no issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update 02/17/22..Even though I hoped I would not need to visit for another repair. I ended up visiting. The experience was just as pleasant as earlier. Got the phone fixed in 3 hours. Staff was prompt and polite. Thank you.
My first Visit here. They had the sanitizer set up outside and the place had a proper token system. The service personnel were quick in answering. Though, I hope your phone never makes you visit any service station, this service station is recommended.
