Did not solve my problem fully. Today I realized the problem was very simple but phone was asked for 3 days. Very bad service. It became ok only by reloading the factory status

Fraud service center.. Since my phone was not charging I drop my phone for repair.. They said there is problem in mother board and itll charge 22k... So i asked them to return in same condition... still they charged me 180 rs. Then i went to one local shop tell him same condition he said hell repair in 2200 in single day and he did... nd now m putting review from same phone..

The responsibility is zero simply i have not expected from a brand like Samsung that they can't downgrade a phones software where as i have experience with Asus that they can downgrade a phones software. So if you updated your phone with buggy software what is solution? To wait until company fix the bugs in next update? It will take much time so better way to remove that update by downgrade so policy of Samsung to not downgrade phone isn't logical

I visited this service center today. I purchased new brand Samsung A 52 from authorised shop on 24 December 2021. As I found out immediately that charging adapter provided in box was not working , and 25 December christmas holiday I visited this service center on 26 Dec 2021, that is today afternoon. I was told by staff present that their system had problem and though verbally they agreed on the problem the adapter was having they can not help me today. Staff gave excuse of the procedure they have to follow. I find that the reason they gave was highly unfriendly to me as customer. They have not taken my complaint as I did not give them my mobile which they wanted to keep for a day. I am extremely unhappy about the service I got over there.I think that staff need to be more sensitive about genuine customer and about customer's time.

Thanks for pathetic services people. My charger cable stopped working so I was referred to this center for simple process of exchanging my cable. When i gave them cable it was perfectly fine but then some guy checked it and gave it back to woman sitting on counter. Then she checked it again and said ooo this cable is damaged i cant replace it. It was visible that the cut was new any done by some sharp object. I mean you don't understand important of someone's time they take to come to your service for repair.

The people of this service centre is out and out Fraud people, they try to dupe people by telling wrong reasons. For repairing price of 2000 they told me that my phone is water contacted(which was totally no) and told me that motherboard needs to be Changed and that for 22000. This is what they are doing,and a lot of people are falling in this trap. Be aware and stay safe

I bought a Samsung M31 phone on Amazon a few months back. I encountered network issues. I came to their service Center and a polite lady named Sneha heard my issues in detail and did the initial diagnosis and then gave me a service ticket. I got a call the following evening about the phone is ready for pickup. I took the phone back again with issues. Very patiently Sneha heard the symptoms and β€œSir Amar” who also happens to be the owner came out to evaluate the issue. He was very professional in his approach and explained all different angles that could be responsible for networking issues. They kept the phone for a couple of days to evaluate the issues. Thereafter they sent their technician to my residence and delivered the phone. I found this Samsung outfit exceptionally good and they take excellent care and maintain a very good customer relationship.
