★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and Management , My S10+ screen break and I visited this Ashok Vihar center for replacing my screen at first they told that ,I will get today evening or tomorrow but next day they told that screen is not available you have to wait for next day , On next Day when I asked when I can get ,they replied that they have to check and they are not sure when screen will be available. BAD BAD service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to give a big ZERO but didn't find any option. I would say never go there if you want to save your time, money and effort. Reasons: 1. They have only two options either to change the display or the motherboard. As they being the costliest part. 2. No bill will be send on whatsapp 3. When you ask them to show you the problem they will say it happens sometimes, but we can't show it. 4. Staff specially Gulfasha is so rude, looks like she owns the company. 5. They charge you more than other samsung stores. They have international pricing. Lastly, just wanna add that there are some good service centres as well. Besr of luck.
