I have to go for charging problem then he say jack is damage , so jack change and take 700 after that charging not working then say charger problen and suggest me fast charging for 1190 and i take that dis not work after very argument and going there 4 to 5 time then he change and this normal charger price 899 but not return diffrence amount .
I request to all no go there .

That's all they are giving service for 1 year warranty holder's

β β β β β My samsung m51 was not working today , I went there , they told me the repair cost as 20000 , 12000 for Motherboard and also said that display is gone 8000 for that . I got the phone repaired in just 1300 r by an outside repair shop . People believe that they will get best services at service center , but unfortunately they are befooling people .
My display was intact , motherboard was also ok , only an IC was broken .
Do not befool people , if you offer genuine service , people will have faith in you .
Thank god My Money was saved .

β β β β β Samsung phones quality and service has depleted from bad to worse. The phone stopped charging in 18 months! To go for repairs the service centers are over crowded and have inexperienced staff . There system (server) is down most times and they take too much time (hours) just to attend and then too they take days to even diagnose simple problems. Even diagnosis will cost you INR180 then the coat of spares and labour is 4 times ie. 400% more expensive then mobile repair shops.
So if you have a Samsung mobile that's out of warranty just don't bother a visit to there centers as they can't sell quality products anymore so how will they service it. Both products and services are now as bad as their Chinese counterparts. ?
