★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given 0 if possible , the man was arrogant, arrogantly asked us to take print of bill from out side. Last year we went to asus care but they themselves took print of bill. One of samsung care member was using fb messenger and calling whastapp as whastupp and that was funny ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They aren't professional,, I visited 4 times for my mobile, they somehow managed to resolve d problem but It was occurring after 15 days or 1 months.
I had very bad experience wd dem however dat time didn't hv any option but to visit dem.

But thanks to the gentleman I met at a Samsung store in amravati, he helped me to get to this service centre and got the service extra early that I couldn't imagine. I'm more than thankful and happy with your service. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service Centre Manager himself is Very Arrogant , and his staff makes us wait despite of scheduled appointment..
They handles your mobile very hardly and sometimes leaves scratches on it and even dont say sorry but silently handover it to customer.
Guys i request you all to take photos of your phone for your record and recheck it completely before receiving from them.
I faced this issue when my phone was fallen by them on floor but it came safe as it has Tempered Glass which got damaged.
