★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well its supposed to be a company service center but they act like a road side repair shop and the time they take to repair something is humongous even if they complete it you will still notice some problem for now just dont buy Samsung products in khammam coz of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have called so many times to this service center for a problem in our samsung washing machine. No one even lift the phone. Very irresponsible. From two days I made calls for a hundred times, but they are not responding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service centre. Even Though you have warrenty on mobiles, they wont agree wont admit device design.
And my phone was not repaired and costs are very high. Having big battery on samsung devices causing display to pressure and not repairing. Very sad
