★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Service and good quality staff ..as specially one of the guy who helped me is very nice repaired my daughter's tab on urgent basis as she could not attend her school .at first he told me it will take 5 to 6 days but after explaining the actual situation .he got it repaired in 2 days Big thanks to customer Service Engineer Mr.Kishor Batavale ?????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever visited such a worst service centre. Please refrain it from visiting. Even your phone is on warranty they will give some reasons to charge you. Worst!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is great, service is great, open on all days although the contact number given on Google is not working ...from outside it's looks like closed but the new office is inside. Please visit on the 2nd floor. Place is open on weekdays, I m not aware of weekends though. There is token system when you enter the center. ADVICE :- do not ask other mobile shops in the mall if the service center is open or not. They r providing wrong input. Just go on 2nd floor an check your self.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My advice based on my experience with Samsung Mobile. I had bought 2 Samsung M21 and both the phone had a problem with the mother board with in the span of 1 year and 2 year respectively surprisingly one mobile had a problem soon after 1 day of the warranty expired. First advise don't ever buy a Samsung mobile and if you have already brought one then my Second advice don't take to the authorised service centre as they are INCOME CENTRE. They are not for providing a Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service, Don't give your phone here to fraud people , they are rude ,I wish I could give them negetive rating ,they keep you waiting 8 hours & still don't take ur phone for repair ,after insisting number of times they show mercy on you. Even after requesting, they don't give you bill also.
After paying the repair charges & collection of device,they will send you message that your service is cancelled ,so that Bill can not be generated & you don't know what part is replaced & you don't have proof to make a complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was weird. I had went for the display repair. As I entered there was this guy standing near entry, asked my concern and gave me the quotation randomly and I was confused. Because I should be getting the quotation from the service guy. So I curiosly searched on the samsung website and the quotation was far less. Then I told the tablet guy that samsung website is showing different quotation so he calculated and gave me less quotaion and he went inside and said something to that service guy. I am sure he told him the quotation he had told me.
I am not sure if they are giving correct quotation
