★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer satisfaction is mediocre. The place lacks hospitality. It appears the customer support staff lack politiness and the ability to handle different customer behaviours. I have visited this place for few times, and all these time saw rudeness in the replies. I personally would not like to go if had an alternate. There is no other alternate to Samsung care in Berhampur, so we as Samsung customers are left with no choice. The Covid are followed, and would rate them to be good. Posted a pic of the seating system for reference.
