★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service... Device fault checking charge taken 200rs by center but device not checked physicaly... after 2nd time call logged again charges taken and device checked and say mother board and battery problem.. quote given 31000 approx.
Local store repairing person ready to solve this problem only with 6000 ru... How they cheat to customer

Samsung service rates are on higher side, but then there is good availability of spares.
This centre is nicely managed and communication about repairs and update ia good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here is very polite and give clear details on repair/service cost estimates. My experience here has been really good. Got my broken screen replaced within 1 hour and service quality is excellent. The only downside will be higher prices of parts but with that high price you will get high quality, genuine Samsung parts with warranty.
