β β β β β I use a s9 plus. "Few days back, I got my mobile battery replaced against payment but the performance is the same. Moreover they have left a lot of scratch marks on the casing of phone. I doubt they have even replaced the battery or not. Please never visit this service centre. Very unprofessional technical staff. However the ladies on counter are polite but that doesnt solve the purpose of the visit.

β β β β β I wish I had an option for ZERO star. Spot on the name of service center, as the senior staff is irresponsible, unprofessional, bad behavior, not helping and understanding. Instead of solving problem, they advise to talk to customer support or visit another service center. Great!

β β β β β Very bad experience i m using samsung galaxy s20 ultra i have problem in my phone screen which is replaced under warranty but when they open my phone they left many dust particles in my camera lens i have visited 3 to 4 times to this service center but they dont able to clean my camera lens i m still using my phone with dust particles under camera lens I think they don't have proper phone repairing tools and good technicians and same happens with my galaxy s7 edge when I called samsung custome care number they also tell me to visit service center sector 22d Chandigarh and when I visited Chandigarh service they clean my phone Lens in first attempt so please dont visit this service center if you want good service go for samsung service center sector 22d chandigarh they provide good service for premium phones and i request samsung india to do time to time inspections of this kind of service centres
