Around i waited around 15 minutes while is normal and i give for screen replacement they give me Mobile after two days but no drinking water facilitie is available their

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Service provided to me was much faster but when the Time for billing part came the staff became extreme lethargic and were bouncing off the work to one another they took almost an hour to complete my billing part.
The staff is very arrogant and doesn't have proper sense to talk with the customer.
Staff doesn't respond to the customers in a proper and corrective way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked their service too much just because when I complained them about my issue, they told me that "this device is currently not available" after that they raised my complain & order my device. when I came out from service center after just 5-10 min. they called me & told that your device will be delivered to us at 4:00 pm so I got the solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just lethargic attitude towards the job, not much technical know how.
My phone wasn't charging, simple issue. They couldn't do it, meanwhile providing the worst service possible. Had it fixed from samsung service centre in jamnagar. They did it within a day. I rated them 5star, so logic should serve tht this facility should get zero star.

1. Online appointment system from Samsung website so that one reaches at the given time and no wastage of time
2. Token system for walk-in visitors who have not taken online appointment
3. Well-mannered staff and service engineers
4. They repair everything right in front of your eyes
I have covered all points as per my experience at the Samsung Service Center.
