★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast service ... I gave my samsung s21 plus for display issue which is under warrenty .morning I handover phone by 12 and they make it ready around 3 .impressed by service center service . Thank u very much ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic even though it was not liquid damage than too they said its liquid they cant repair it. As my brother used his phone only for 5 months as it was in warranty than too they first asked me to submit my details and after pitting out of warranty they informed me that its liquid damage we can not repair it and you have to pay the charges i.e 11k for camera and power button which was not working properly. Not going by Samsung in my entire life . Pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at a service centre.Surprised Samsung keeps such hopeless people at work.i visited this service centre so that I can replace my Screen protector of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 as its screen is sensitive and Samsung ags advised to change its protector at a service centre .One person said they don't apply screen protectors and Even if they have they don't have tools for it which is surprising also if they order it it may take months..The one person told me to go some mobile shop yo change the protector..he said screen protector available at centres are not good so apply at the centre he advised..If Samsung has hired such people I pity on them because of such corrupt people there companies name is going down...Shame Really Shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own a samsung M51 Which was getting automatically shutdown whenerver i locked it. Went to this service center on 19/3/22 at around 2.30pm ..had to wait for 30 to 45 mins as they check each and every device in front of the customer. Mohite took a look at my handset and found out that water had leaked from the sim tray area he said wud cost 10k to replace the mother board which i was not interested at all. He then suggested he wpuld see cleaning and drying the area and hope it may wprk which it eventually did. I was out by 4Pm after the checks and didnt spend a penny...good service center with prompt answers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a loyal Samsung user but this customer service center is just pathetic. Not sure if the person was a manager but he didn't have the manner to speak with a customer. Their timings on Google say till 7pm but they do not entertain any walkins after 6pm which is not mentioned on the website. When I mentioned about it and correcting it on the website, this person had the audacity to raise his voice and started arguing. Absolutely not fit for a store manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice service provided by this service center. Good seating arrangement while you wait for your number or for the technician to identify your cellphone's problem. They have a good technician team and will tell you the charges upfront and if any cost that you can save, although I felt the charges to be slightly higher. They also provide drop service at Rs. 99, so you can receive your cellphone at home after the work is done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is humble, helpful, Co-operative & Professional. Originally Mobile Repair was estimated to 8 working days, but it took more than 20 days to get the parts and fix it. Samsung as a company need to improve on phone design, durability & availability of parts.
