★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality service,very unprofessional,zero value for your time and no response to customer,they never contact costomers and they kept my phone in service center for 10 days and they don't even know what's wrong with my phone.worst service ever!!It was not expected from Samsung,I think Samsung should do some quality checks on their service centers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service by the staff of service centre...I appreciate them.alot..I hv called them two or three time..there is a great response from there side..I m very much satisfied from their service..I can't understand why some people are not satisfied. If they have any issue from there service than they can talk to the owner of service centre. Staff is only employee ,they are not the owner of samsung,if there are a well backup from the back end then they will serve the customer very well. All over I m very much satisfied ..thanx very much samsung and your staff..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse service center , THE RECEPTIONIST, SHE HAS NO MANNERS ,DONT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER, SHE IS ASKING TECHNICIANS TO OPEN customers mobile without there consent, IF CUSTOMERS SAYING NO THEN SHE IS MAKING DRAMAS and using very BAD WORDS SPECIALLY with the MALE customers and abuse them. #SAMSUNG COMPANY should TAKE ACTION on this service centre and change the service centre location.
